After buying my first investment property in 2004, I knew my career in the corporate world would be short-lived. I graduated from Miami University with a degree in both Marketing and Finance in 2003 and worked for a major marketing corporation prior to real estate. Although Miami and my corporate work experience provided me with many skills that have translated into my current career, it was the wisdom of a few wealthy men that I'd come across in my young life that led me to Real Estate.
These men told me that there were two ways to become wealthy:
1) Real Estate - The benefits of home ownership are abundant. You are creating equity in your home, receiving tax benefits, and are able to experience the pride of ownership. Buying and holding real estate as income producing properties is also a great way to generate income and net worth. Lastly, buying distressed homes to fix up and sell can also generate short-term wealth.
2) I can't remember the other way so I stuck with Real Estate...
My passion for investment property led me to obtaining my Real Estate license in the beginning of 2005. I have since sold properties all over the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky areas. My sales prices have ranged from $4,000 to $400,000 and the level of service my clients receive is not dependent upon the sale price of the home. I am a strong believer in treating every client as if they were the only name in your planner. You never know if that $10,000 investor has a $400,000 personal residence to sell or if the 23-year old buying a $50,000 house won't someday buy a $500,000 house! My goal is to provide you with an exciting and stress free experience from start to finish!
In late 2006, I teamed up with fellow agent Tom Rubens and began selling foreclosure properties. As the number of foreclosure has increased over the past year, I am selling nearly as many foreclosed properties as I am residential properties. I have become a specialist regarding the ins-and-outs of foreclosure properties and look to grow that segment of my business in the near future.
I am currently married to my beautiful wife Jackie and we have two dogs that are filling the role of children for the time being.
